To activate your gift card, create or log in to your Big City Pickle account (if you don't have a Big City Pickle account, you will have to create one at CityPickleChicago.com) . Once logged in, click on More --> Redeem Gift Card or visit this link: https://bigcitypickle.podplay.app/account/redeem-gift-card. Simply add the 16-digit number associated with your gift card, and credit will automatically be added to your account. Questions? Big City Pickle offers electronic eGift cards to purchase for yourself or gift to others. To purchase an eGift Card visit this page.

If you are purchasing an eGift Card for someone else, put their name and email address in the delivery details and an electronic gift card will be sent to them. You can even select a future date that the eGift Card will be delivered.

eGift Cards can be applied to pickleball and tennis bookings at any Big City Pickle Chicago location. eGift cards cannot be used for league registrations, food and beverage purchases, or private events.

eGift Cards cannot be used for league registrations, merchandise, food or drink, or private events. eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

How does the eGift card process work?

After purchasing a eGift card, the recipient will receive a 16-digit code that they'll enter on their Big City Pickle account. The amount will show up as Virtual Credit in the Big City Pickle account after being redeemed. The amount can be used all at once, or across multiple purchases. It will automatically show up as a payment option on the check-out screen when they make a booking.

Big City Pickle eGift Cards do not expire and when they're redeemed for virtual credit on a Big City Pickle account, the virtual credit does not expire. So, there's no rush to redeem or play right away!

Unlike many of our products, eGift Cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

E-Gift Card purchases will not incur sales tax, but bookings made with those gift cards (virtual credits) will be charged applicable tax.

Coupon codes do not apply to the purchase of e-Gift Cards, but they can be used where applicable on purchases made with eGift Cards.
