Thank you for reaching out to Big City Pickle regarding a donation or sponsorship for your event or organization! We are proud to support our local community and appreciate the opportunity to partner with amazing groups making a difference. While we receive numerous requests each week, we are unable to fulfill every opportunity. To ensure fairness and proper consideration, please review our donation request guidelines below.

Donation Request Guidelines

How to Apply: All requests must be submitted via our form. NO email donation requests will be considered. Timeline: Requests must be received at least 30 days minimum prior to the event for consideration. You will be automatically declined if this is not met. Limitations: Each organization may receive a maximum of one donation per calendar year. Approval Process: Donations are not automatically renewed—each request is evaluated individually, regardless of past participation.

• Portion-of-proceeds fundraising

• Church/religious fundraising

• Political fundraising

• Fraternities and sororities

• Recreational sports teams

• Individual fundraisers for races
